Russell Shartsis & Associates was started in 1995 when Barbara Russell and Dale Shartsis partnered up their existing tax businesses to form this family firm.

In the years since we have prepared thousands of tax returns. We work with Individuals, Companies, Partnerships, LLC’s, Corporations, Trusts, Estates, and Charities.

Sadly, Barbara Russell passed in 2006 leaving a rich legacy of personal service and friendship entrusted to Dale and their dedicated staff to continue in her honor.
